ANALYSIS, FACTS, ARGUMENTS AND GENERAL POLICY GUIDELINES ON HOW TO ALIGN THEM WITH STAKEHOLDERS (English summary only)

The purpose of this analysis is to analyze good partnership practices and provide suggestions as to
align the transformation of the industry with stakeholders.

The first part of the analysis defines the concept of industrial transformation and the factors and
determinants of transformation.

In the second part, the theoretical model of industrial transformation partners.

The third part describes evidence-based examples of good practice of Lithuanian partners and
performs SWOT analyzes of these partners in order to find the most optimal partnership model.

The analysis concludes the conclusions and recommendations that have been approved based on
examples of good practice and provides guidelines on how to align the transformation of the
industry with stakeholders
